I have a report.
This weekend while my son would not take his nap in his bed, because he's a bad melt like that sometimes, I threw him in the car and went for a drive. He sleeps in the car, you see.
Well, this thread in mind I headed up northeast about 35 miles of my house and went to see Lizard Lick.
There are no signs from the highway, my wife just checked her phone at the right time for us to find the exit. Drove through some nice pastoral scenes before coming up to a rather large intersection. And there we were.
Lizard Lick, North Carolina.
It's an intersection. Has a car dealership, a gas station, the towing company, and the towing company gift shop. That's all that was there. After passing the intersection we swiftly entered Wendell (niceish, I guess) followed by Zebulon (which being so near me is the real reason I'm the hick here).
Anyhow, that's my report on Lizard Lick. I was tempted to stop and ask the lady at the towing company to punch the [Poor language removed] out of me for a picture. But the kid was still asleep and I feared what would happen if the car stopped moving for more that 2 minutes.
