if the gods of football play ball, Moyes can redeem his entire career just by winning 3 key matches:

- beat Sunderland in the replay
- beat Liverpool in the semis (in what will hopefully be a memorable and very special occasion for both sets of fans...it falls on the anniversary of Hillsborough)
- beat probably Chelsea in the final

- additionally finish the league solidly, finishing top 8.

I for one would take back all my criticism of Moyes and his coaching team if he pulled this out of the bag, as it effectively redeems him from previous failures, plus gives us the chance to try out Europe again the following season.

all that's left to say is...C'MON EVERTON!!!!

Bit touchy there mate.

hello smithy, didn't mean to come across as touchy...but your post was a bit jarring.

anyway, where do you stand? if Moyes pulls it off, he'll surely be a hero along with all his players in the eyes of even the most sceptical fan. and it is quite beautifully set up. except football doesn't really work like that, does it...

I will NEVER forgive him for throwing a derby. Any other game i suppose i could live with but NOT the feckin derby.

I genuinely think we'd bottle it big time in a cup semi against the ****e.

Sadly not mate. If it happens then great. But deep down we all know.

Christ I've become a right negative tit recently. KOFF Everton. And KOFF Harry Potter. Only bad things happen to him, and I've been watching all the films.

I've forgotton what we're talking about

This, and other fans are saying we need to be up for it and get at them, well its not us playing, i guarentee most of these fans saying we would bottle it would be right into the RS, but this squad of players under Moyes cant be trusted to do so against that lot, with a couple of exceptions such as Felli and Heitinga

Not a chance. Got to beat Sunderland first which I can't see him getting the squad going for it.

He damaged the morale of the fans and players after the shambles of the derby.

He didn't damage the morale of the players, that is utter ****!!

And tbf I think some have took pleasure in what happened in the derby game as it's gave them great ammunition against moyes!

The stick he has got on here since that game is disgusting. No manager should be exempt from critizm but it's starting to turn into a witch hunt and pure hatred for a manager who has done alot for this club.

It would serve alot right if he stuck two fingers up at you and walked away. He would thrive at spurs with cash and we'd be stuck with Steve Bruce or simlar!
