I know I've mentioned this before, but I just want to defend him again with another observation from the Blackburn match.
As with the Sunderland match, it took an age for Rodwell to come on when Heitinga got injured. Now, I wasn't in the box this time, my uncle was, but he told me that the second Heitinga started to wave to the bench, Moyes told Rodwell and Coleman to get warmed up and neither one of them even had their boots on, let alone were they ready to do a quick warm up.
So we all moan about Moyes taking an age to change things, but the players aren't ready when he shouts them, they then take an age to get ready, then they speak to Round to see what they want from him, then they finally get on the pitch.
And apparently, they were moaning that they didn't expect to be needed so early on when they got a bollocking for not being ready.
Seriously, there is nothing professional about professional footballers.
