Moyes says he will ease Ross Barkley into first team action.

The Fox said about this yesterday. I agree you should break them in easy (not to the extent some have mentioned), but not every minute of every game, obviously. However, when you're playing massively average and you need a bright spark. You play your bright spark. His name is Ross Barkley

Play him Moyes

Exactly. A certain ex-poster argued that playing him too much would make his knees explode or something, but surely not even having him on the bench is too far the other way?

Is anyone at the club willing to give the supporters anything at all that they want ?

Almost every decision being made seems to conflict with what the vast majority of the supporters want.

Moyes will throw him back in when we get out of this tricky month and the games will be more relaxed. A 17 year old can't play a full season straight after a double leg break. I'd like to see him eased into it until christmas and then hopefully he can start 90% of the games after that. However, if the situation gets desperate then desperate measures must be taken and Ross Barkley will have to be our saviour like Rooney. I believe he will be that important in one of two ways: for the financial situation or to be that £30m player that we just can't afford to buy. I really hope it's the latter and I think Moyes believes Everton can accomodate his talent which is encouraging.
