Moyes' Budget!

Just been told what Moyes has to spend,to say im furious would be an understatement, im hoping its wrong but this source that told me has no reason to lie!
The amount of money Moyes has to spend is a massive £4m + whatever he brings in through sales! What a disgrace our board are if this is the true amount he has to spend!
