Strikers are arguably the most important player on any team. Good ones are very difficult to come by. Moyes has not ruined any strikers, we just have not had much luck with strikers. Saha has been our best striker and he's made of glass. Nothing to do with Moyes.

I beg to differ. I've been a manager in my time (not footy, sadly) and I can tell you that if my boss questioned the performance of one of my staff, and I told him that it was the staff member's problem and "nothing to do with me", I would have been ripped up one side and down the other.

Frustrating as it is, when you're the boss you are judged on the performance of your staff. Even more so if you're the one that hired them in the first place.
