Did anyone get a transfer form with their season ticket renewal?

I went up the ground today because I want to move seats and was told I can't do this until the 25/05/13 because I never filled in a transfer request (shaking my head) I never received one and when I renewed at the shop in town wasn't offered it.

Anyway I asked if people could buy new season tickets now. Did you know you can't. Knocking potentially £000's back is totally barmy to me no wonder we haven't got a pot to pee in.

Did anyone else know this? Or is it just me who is thick for not completing a transfer request?
 

The website clearly states dates for the different steps, dont recall a transfer form, but then I havent even opened the letter I got about my ST renewal, I just rang em up.
 
I moved seats last season, I picked up the transfer forms from the box office I think. Can't believe season tickets aren't for sale, you'd think they would try and sell as many as possible before Bill appoints Neville on August 31st.
