Just a though i had.

Most of us know how good the atmosphere is at Goodison under lights most of our greatest memories have probably come in night games.

Is it allowed by the Premier League to have games on a Friday night and what would peoples though on this be.

Our already unimpressive attendances would drop. People have dedications and stuff. Loads of stuff goes on on friday nights.
I reckon the odd game should be, but generally it has to remain daytime games.

As said, please keep Everton playing on a Saturday.

Love Friday nights as football nights myself though. Takes a bit of effort to make it to all (well most) matches, but I would have serious problems adapting back to Saturday or Sunday myself.

I like the idea, to a degree. Keep it to a few special games a season to keep it something everyone looks forward to, instead of the norm.

I think derby's would benefit from it, it would be electric.

Maybe not the derby, only coz Lpool City Centre would be a warzone haha, but defo games like City etc. However, the majority should be sat 3pm

This.

Football should ONLY be played on a Saturday at 3pm, anything else is a sin against the Gods of football.

(I do enjoy the 2 games on a Sunday on the tele tho, unless they are GASH)

^^ these ^^

Much as I love night matches, I have to say that, except for midweek matches, football should kick off at 3pm on a Saturday.
Oh, and us Wools struggle to get to and from night matches anyway. Have you driven on motorways on a Friday evening ?

Thing is, half the games aren't 3:00 these days anyway. I'd take a Friday night game over a 12:45 Saturday one.
