Moving back to Lpool

Hello matey, living in London i can say without question, that moving to Liverpool to start a young family is the right thing to do. I live in Surrey, and for what i paid for my simple 3 1/2 bedroom end of terraced house, you could buy a whole road in speke.

I am fortunate at work to be able to travel around the country at my choosing and out of all the places I have visited, Liverpool gets my vote. I am of course slightly biased in that I have family (die hards RS albeit) and of course Evertonfc in the area.

Liverpool understands community spirit unlike the big smoke which is so culturally diverse it doesn't have any identity anymore. If you were young and single and in University, London is a great place to experience for 3-5 years but it stops there.

My eldest stepson finishes school next year and when he does, we're moving (the other half doesn't know it yet mind) to Liverpool (hale village).

Best of luck.

I of course must saddle up the horse and make provisions if I need a shop.

Haha I need my shops, restaurants, cafes, salons and everything in walking distance. Being single in the city is great and not far to walk to the station to visit wherever I want in the country or a ferry ride to Dublin - what more can a person want ;)

Your not wrong there had to sell my Mums house in Speke, go a mile down the road to Hale and add a few extra 00 on the price

thanks,

A lot will depend on your budget but there's some brilliant places to live in an around our city. Me and my bird are saving to buy and we're hoping to get a 3 bed terrace in either Aigburth or West derby for between 100-115k. Both nice areas.
