My poor elderly relation has mice in her kitchen - I refuse to use poison - the good old mousetrap- guilitine death is the kindest crudest way to rid the pesky vermin - they can't resist dark chocolate by the way never use cheese as bait as it is a tom , and Jerry thing they hate cheese - I know plenty of people who use cheese as bait and wonder why they don't catch any ......
Oh by the way sawdust does not work ..... lol

Horrible little things, had them a couple of times in the garage, they chew up anything, any clothes/boots laying about they start scranning.

Cheese works, but best I've found is peanut butter, they can't resist that.

Mice? You're lucky. I've been fighting rats ever since we got chickens. Got three using peanut butter on traps, plus 3 known kills due to bait stations. Two with an air pistol and in a surprising turn of events our stupid dog actually proved he had a use in this existence by presenting one to my horrified wife.

Only 2000 to go.

Have you tried the big stick super glue mats on EBay but they are alive stuck fast on the mat after the bait you put down you then have to kill them yourself the following am ......
