The answer is to take the top 8 drivers & the top 8 riders and make them do all to 6 rounds of F1 & 6 rounds of Motogp with the overall winner declared the greatest hybrid of the year.

FWIW, my money would be on a rider

IIRC they did something like that with Rally and F1 drivers. Rally drivers walked it.

They do an end of year 'race of champions' where people from all walks of motorsport take each other on in different cars. It used to be dominated by rally drivers but more recently it has swung to F1 drivers.

Do they? Didnt know that. I just remember some stunt that telly did with the drivers, around the same time they got Bath RFU and Wigan RL play each other at both codes. Bath squeaked the union match, Wigan smashed them at League.

Rossi would win, has done practise for Ferrari on F1 and impressed everyone with his times.

Didn't fair so well in WRC though. Crashed in the first stage IIRC.

Don't suppose Mr Rossi will be sending Marquis too many Christmas cards this year after Argentina

He faired a little better than Robert Kubica who nearly ended himself and Kimi Raikkonen who was absolute gash.
