Which is better??

Years ago it would have been F1 but the current breed of drivers and lack of excitement makes Motogp a better to watch spectacle in my view.

Valentino Rossi is a true legend and racer in every sense. He tested for Ferrari F1 and the likes of Schumacher thought he could switch to F1 if he wanted. I doubt anyone from F1 could go into Motogp.

Moto GP is more exciting (as are most motorsport series) but I love F1 and grew up with, plus Cars > Bikes.

Moto GP by far. If you want even more exciting than that look at Moto 2 and 3. Touring Cars is far, far more exciting than F1.

Millions of overtakes per laps isn't what makes motorsport exciting. In fact, if it's too easy to overtake, it becomes run-of-the-mill.

F1, easily. Fastest, most spectacular, most heritage, most at stake.

yeah i'd much rather watch everyone drive around in a line and overtake each other in the pits or behind a safety car.

Moto GP is probably more exciting to watch throughout the race but it is like comparing the 100M to a marathon. The excitement in F1 is the convergence of strategies to where the cars end up and do battle, for that you have to be invested in the sport as to a casual it is probably a bit meh. Some people do not require instant gratification of wall to wall action to find things interesting.

That said they could make F1 a bit better if the cars can follow each other a bit more closely to allow more wheel to wheel racing and passing, preferably without DRS.

i get what you are saying but I can happy watch all through a 5 day testmatch so I dont crave instant gratification. I find F1 dull. MotoGP is ace.

I can't really get in to Moto GP, tho my bro loves it. Maybe if they raced for 60/70 laps I would enjoy it more. Plus as someone mentioned above, it is possibly too easy to overtake, tho I do agree that it is too difficult in F1 atm, tho not by too far. In the end F1 is the technical pinnacle of (4 wheeled) motor racing imo.

It's like saying what is more exciting, Premier League or Championship footy. Probably actually the latter, but that is in part because the quality is lesser.
