Just based on their faces. But likes Robbie Savage

Not a player, but the RS that affects us the most was Shankly.

First text I got after the cup game: “two teams on Merseyside, Liverpool and Liverpool reserves, confirmed”.

A quote from 50 years ago and it appears on my phone. The only other quote from years ago that I’ve seen used (albeit not for a while) is “Liverpool are magic, Everton are tragic” from Emlyn Hughes.

Of the current crop it has to be Robertson. Wind up merchant that fella.

Something about Aldridge I don’t like. In Ireland we don’t have the same vitriol to players in the Ireland national team that play for clubs we don’t support, so for example Roy Keane would still be loved by Irish Liverpool fans (whereas a Gary Neville representing England would still be despised by English Liverpool fans), but while I appreciate Aldridge for what he did in a green jersey he comes across as being a right pillock.

Heres another Bill Shankly quote from his post retirement years to send back to that RS berk.

‘Over the last few seasons I have been received more warmly by Everton than I have been Liverpool.”

Another shameful facet of their past they never mention in vintage RS denial.
