Most hated players in history of English football

Suarez is always in the news, so unsurprisingly tops the list.

I have little time for Jon Woodgate and Lee Bowyer after their involvement with a certain infamous trial for assault on a student in Leeds...

No one will ever come close to Luis Suarez. I ****ing hate him with a passion, and if I saw him out here on the street right now I'd probably go get the axe and try to cut his feet of so he could never play a game ever again. I'd gladly take the prison time. (Is it just me? Am i sick?)

Nah mate, an axe attack on that pond life is perfectly normal.

But on the other hand (or arm), you sank your teeth into him in an unprovoked savage assault, i believe, you should feel the full weight the law, FA, and the local vet.

Hope this helps mate.

Small little town between Liverpool and Southport called Ormskirk, happened to be there most days a couple of years ago, felt like all day most times.

Colin Harvey has a book signing at Waterstones, practically closed the town centre down (slight exaggeration).

Mr Wark has an autobiography out not to long later. Same bookstore. Over the course of four hours, from more or less the time the signing started I walked past the place 5-7 times, when it wasn't in my eyes view. Can honestly say I didn't see a single person with him (I'm sure someone did like). Never seen someone take a lunch break 45 minutes into a book signing (11.15ish am), the look of embarrassment on his face when he tells his PR lady his intention cracks me up to this day.

Hehe. Cringe at that.

I always hated Steve McMahon.

I've never hated him, and I loved him a bit when I saw him interviewed for Australian TV with Bruce Grobbelar.

Liverpool had just won the League and the interviewer said that they must be very happy. Grobbelar agreed that he was, but Steve said 'Yes, he is, but I'm not because I'm an Evertonian'.

He was kidding a bit, but I loved it.

Just to add a bit, I should hate Suarez, but I don't. I hate the fact that he's got away with so much and I hate the friggin'
useless match officials who are responsible.

Ialso hate Roy Keane, Emlyn Hughes, and - thanks for reminding me whover it was - Lee Bowyer.
