Hello all, new fan here from Atlanta in the US.
Found the forum through ToffeeWeb, which was a good asset to get started, and this site has revealed a lot more. Played as a kid, never really followed professionally until the USMNT really started catching my attention the last several years. Eventually decided I wanted to throw in on the EPL, and Everton seemed the natural fit. Howard helped, but EFC just felt comfortable overall.
I will say that Everton is making a big splash over here, so I hope that is welcome. I just happened to mention Everton a few weeks ago to a pal, and last night he started talking to me about the TV schedule for August. Appears that in the last few weeks he caught the bug too, and has been secretly reading up on EFC and preparing for 14-15. I expect there is a lot of that going on right now over here.
Anyway, good to meet you all, looking forward to adding yet another sports obsession to my repertoire.
