Morning Alarm Sounds

...never had an alarm in my life. I’m normally up around 6am even now i’m retired. If I have to get up any earlier for a flight etc, I just do it. Weird.

Same here. Even if I set an alarm I wake up a few minutes before it goes off.

Some random tune from Samsung. It's quite soft, a few birds humming and gradually get louder.

What's more annoying is any time I have a 4.30 start I sleep in a separate room so as not to wake my lady up, but she gets up anyway to make sure I've not overslept. It sounds sweet and it probably is - but when I call her in the afternoon to make sure she and our little one are Ok she acts all knackered and martyrs on a bit - which is totally unnecessary.

First time poster / long time lurker here.
What alarm do GOT users wake up to? My alarm tone is usually Adagio of Spartacus & Phrygia by Khachaturian (you’d know it if you heard it) but now we’re in December I’ve changed to Jingle Bells, Batman smells sung by Mark Hamill as The Joker.

Hated The Onedin Line as as a kid (don't even know why - think it was just old peoples tv to me) and it almost ruined that piece of music for me - rediscovered it a few years ago though and it's ace.

Some soft electronic noise which started off as a soothing sound but has now grown into the sound of death. The sound reminding me I need to drag myself from under my warm quilt and go to work.

I need to change my alarm sound.

You post the transfer rumours at approx 6.30 so at that stage you’ve read the papers , noted the Everton links and typed and posted them.
I assume the papers are delivered and you have not gone and bought them at that in godly hour of the day.
I’m a nighttime person and notoriously difficult to get out of bed.
Been that way since I was a young child
Always Last out out of bed even on Christmas morning.

Not just the Czech ones mate , they all are.
Although most of the Czech ones I’ve seen are fit so I’d put up with a bit of nagging
Once a fortnight I’m up at 5-30 so I’ll say to the missus I’ll sleep in the spare room
She says no it’s all right stay here
Then I get nagged I woke her up
They are all the same

LBC radio 7-45am the I have to shout next door with talksport blaring to wake my son up for work!
