too late too phone now trying early bells, should of tried first thing.

know the seats are sold out but aint there standing ones too?

received tickets today,no problems with the website, standing only,,,,note on tickets says 'beware of flying footballs'

There's supposed to be pay on the gate on the day, if there are any tickets left.

The 300 seats sold out, but the away terrace behind the goal holds 1,400 fans.

Basically if you're going without a ticket, and want to stand with other Evertonians, you'll need to get there early as we'll probably fill that terrace. If it ends up full, you might be able to go in the Morecambe fans' ends, but I don't know how strict the stewarding is going to be. The whole ground's capacity is 6,400, so it's one of the smaller grounds. It's roughly half the size of Bury's ground.

Breaking news:

As currently more Evertonians have bought tickets than Morecambe fans, we've been allocated additional terracing on the the North Terrace which runs alongside the whole of the pitch. This is in addition to the 1,400 Evertonians already being accomodated in the Bay Radio Stand behind the goal.

Everton fans to be given the North Stand area on Saturday
Posted on: Tue 10 Jul 2012

THE Shrimps have allocated the North Terrace to Everton fans for Saturday's testimonial game for boss Jim Bentley.
The decision has been made due to the high demand for tickets from the Toffees' fans who have bought approximately 1400 tickets to date.

This will be cash admission on the day to visiting supporters only in this area of the ground.
Only a small number of tickets had been sold to home supporters in this area and those supporters will be contacted personally to offer them tickets in any other part of the ground.

A club spokesman said: "We regret that this circumstance has arisen. However, I am sure all supporters are pleased that such a large following of Everton supporters are travelling to the game which should ensure that Jim's testimonial match is the success it derseves to be."

This will mean that Morecambe supporters can still purchase tickets for the PMG Stand, blocks C, D, E and the Morecambe Bay Stand.

Tickets van be purchased on the day or through the club shop this week.

More than 2,000 tickets have been sold already with the Shrimps hoping for a crowd of more than 3,000 for the game.
