Well I'm just stepping it up now. I don't want to go crazy with it right away, as surely that's not the right way to do things.
My diet today was 2 slices of wholemeal toast for breakfast, gym, and I have just had some Wholemeal Pasta with Tuna and low fat Salad Cream (I know weird, but it works).
Salad Cream is a gift from the Gods. You know this as I made you some ace sandwiches in Greece last year, don't say you forgot.
