i guess they cant call us bitter no more because it seems its them who are bitter. when they say we are bitter, i say no, we are better.

Bizarre, utterly bizarre.

Given the behaviour of their lot, then I will bring your attention to how The Mongrel Mob got their name, and would say that the moniker fits them far more than it does us.

At a trial in NZ when sentencing the guilt 'gang' members the Judge said "You're not a Gang, You're just a bunch of Mongrels." The Mongrel Mob was born, they state that they are out to cause offence with the way they behave and the symbols they use and clothes, tattoos etc. They wear a Bulldog with a Swastika, but say that it just about the outrage it causes, because they as Maori had in fact fought against the Nazis.

Mongrel can mean diversity. Mixture of people's - geneticists all say the more diverse a population is the stronger it is.

I agree with the poster above. If they want to call us Mongrels - so be it. Enjoy the compliments.

It seems to me to be implying that we're a mixture of two different types - maybe referring to race, because they're a racist club.

Ask any vet, mongrels (cross breeds) are the most resilient and healthiest dogs far outlasting inbred mutant pedigrees.

Winston Churchill was fond of referring to us Brits as a "Mongrel race", Hitler with his penchant for a pure bred Aryan master race despised us for it, but we survived when he thought he had us beat.

"We will never be defeated" - too right Winston, mongrels rule!
