Sepultura are another very underated band in this country.

I saw them support the Darkness and they were much much better than them.

Roots was an absolute groundbreaking album

Ashcroft is nothing w/o McCabe. Utterly fab guitarist, and the real star in Verve.

Dunno, while I do think Ashcroft is just pedaling out the same old stuff now, I do really love some of his sole songs. He's definitely hugely talented - or at least was.

But yeh, in tandem they were excellent. Shame it never worked for a sustained period but happy with what they gave us!

Steve Craddock was a great guitarist, Possibly the last of the great British guitar virtuosos.

Seen him playing for The Specials few years ago, but never with Ocean Colour
