Saw one in London a few weeks ago. Couldn't believe my eyes.

There were no glasses bottles though, was all plastic bottles. Proper rip off that.

Haha! Came up in a crossword clue, and got me thinking. I remember being allowed to ride in one when I was about 5. Delivered fizzy pop as well, and we got a shilling or something for deposits on the old bottles.

See them all the time when I leave a strange birds house.
I remember I needed a drink and I seen one, I ask the driver if he'll sell me a bottle for a £1 which he did. He had a spliff hanging out his mouth haha. I believe they do lovely fresh orange also

It's very rare you see a milkman collecting his money or that you see bottles on the doorstep, I never see them. It's a dying trade. They will soon be unheard of.
