Improved insurance rates.
Knowing what you like and not being arsed about being stuck in that particular rut.
Being able to see a conman from a mile away and then having time to prepare to kick em in the nuts dead hard.
The heavenly frequency of patience, being capable of taking that time to think something through for what's best.
Knowing your limit with booze, also, having a slightly more refined palate for booze.

Ladies tend to put weight on boobs and belly hence the term "middle aged spread", the bottom usually disappears hence the term "old ladies bottom"
