After the game mate. If you wait about an hour after the game the players come out behind the Park End.

There’s normally a section set-up were you can wait and the players walk through.

Park end after the game mate, tell them you can get more people to block the exit if they play hard ball, and Marcel will sort it.

Pop down to Stanley Park in the afternoon and you might see some half decent players worthy of a photo.
I'd avoid Goodison if I were you.

Behind the Park End after the game is the best place to do it nowadays.
