Yes, it’s excellent, you might be suprised how strenuous it can be and how good it is for core strength. Used to go 2-3 time per week pre covid. First time I went was only under duress to keep my mrs company but couldn’t get enough of it tbh!
Some instructors go quite in on the more embarrassing things like yogic breathing etc but you generally don’t spend too much time on that in a class. Even then once you overcome the thought of it making you look / sound like a massive whopper it’s actually good for destressing!
Ok brilliant ! I've been told to be careful as the first couple of sessions, there is a great chance of letting one rip ? but yeh, I've defo been thinking about it , so.. im going to give it a go ? thanks for the feedback, very much appreciated

I do it every now and then and find it helpful. My problem is I find it hard to do consistently and only feel motivated to do it when on red alert. If everything is going well, or at least at a manageable level, then I don't bother.

In addition to what's been posted above, 1 benefit I find of it is that if I've got some kind of problem in my head that I can't solve, or a question I can't answer. The answer/solution often comes to me while meditating.
Thats me
