I've tried to avoid the 'alternative' stuff, you know, just trying to directly replace meat, I use a lot of lentils in most things, started being more conscientious with spices and oils and that for flavourSome veggie stuff is alright. I can cope with quorn mince in a chilli or spag bol like.
But she once put veggie sausages in a sandwich. My god. Grim isn't even the word.
