Kind words, good sir. But I reserve the right to shake my fist at Mr Moshiri if he chooses to act in a way counter to my desires.

Also, good leaders delegate authority to their subordinates while still holding the responsibility; I don't want to find out that Moshiri is meddlesome and controlling because that won't end well for the club.
