Would the caddy have paid Kuchar if he had messed up. Very much doubt it.
No offence to caddies but they are there to carry the clubs and wipe the arses of the golfers.

Nah caddies do an amazing job, I wish they would mic them all up because it gives a terrific insight into golf when you hear the chat they give to golfers, whether that be club selection, yardage, shot selection etc

I try not to worry too much about others. As long as I've got enough I'll be ok. If I was just focused on what others earned I'd be fairly miserable.

Or underpaid... Maybe you'd be miserable, have you ever asked for a raise or been in any type of job negotiations?

And it worked out for the guy. He got 45 he's more that he deserved. It is potentially a once in a lifetime, life altering opportunity. You're just being myopic.
