Absolutely doing my head in the way they keep on blowing the whistle a few seconds too early and there is why

@FCBarça what have you made of this performance mate?

Amateurish from the Suisse, especially in terms of tactics by Hitzfeld as he didn't make any adjustments to deal with France's high line...Deschamps had them squeeze the lines and negated any minor advantage they might have rendering their midfield useless - they never really could get into that final third

Credit to Les Bleus, the Suisse can have no complaints as they were thoroughly outmatched...I had this conversation with a neighbor during the match that all the sides that played well in friendlies leading up to the WC have played the best while those that stuttered a bit have faltered in the tournament...Even without arguably their most dangerous player, France are building momentum and if they avoid Argentina in the next round anything is possible

The Suisse can still qualify but they lacked a lot of creative ideas which will make them a punching bag for Los Albicelestes...I didn't like Seferovic starting over Drmic anymore than I liked Behrami over Džemaili but even the players you least expected to play poorly in Inler, Shaqiri & Lichsteiner were liabilities...The lack of a goalscorer much less pace limited their options and many will point to Shaqiri as failing to rise to the occasion - hard not to agree with that though

Yeah, there wasn't many positives for Switzerland, although their flag was a big plus for me.

Kits too, liked the watermarked cross...Plus the experience/atmosphere in our village was a lot of fun...On the other hand, the frontaliers are going to be painful to deal with for the foreseeable future

My boys are going to kick your lot off the park. Your players will be saying " We are neutral, no war arrrrrggghh "

We will smash you 2-1.
