everyone is fine with the takers of pens doing stupid run ups. stop,start,has keeper dived yet bollox.

but as soon as a keeper who has learnt which way players put a pen and lets them know he has is a snide and a cheat.

a taker should never miss a pen but they are ok to put the odds even greater in their favour but a keeper cant?

The issue for me is the way he spent time off his line while the player was setting the ball. That would be potentially bookable even during normal play (you see bookings all the time for defenders standing on the spot of a free-kick.)

And I'm not only interested in protecting the shooting player, if a shooter were to take a penalty and score, then immediately run up to the keeper and start taunting him (in the hopes of putting him off for the next kick), I would also think this should be bookable. And stutter-steps are idiotic as well.
