My good lord. John Terry probably said a racist thing in the heat of the moment. Doesn't make him a racist. His fellow team mates certainly don't seem to have a problem with him.
What he may have said is certainly punishable but its not the ****ing end of the world. Literally despise this outcry that's come of this. Totally OTT. There are worse racially motivated things going on in this country other than some idiot allegedly saying 'you black ****'.
I'm not saying its not wrong but the public outcry is far disproportinate to the alleged 'crime'. The fact its gone to court is beyond a joke.
He's saying England are tits.Neither did Suarez's team mates, manager or fans. Not getting your point.
Oh god have they turned you?
But the 'let he who is without sin throw the first stone' doesn't come with disclaimers that it should only be applied to minor sins. It's a terrible argument full stop no matter why you're using it. Because to abide by it is to not punish murderers.
Like I said before, I don't really care that terry ****ed about on his wife. Out of 20 married straight couples in this country, statistics would say 11 of the men and 9 of the women will cheat, which is precisely half the people involved. Anyone who thinks no Everton footballer has ever done it is incredibly naive.
Defend Terry all you like, mate. Just use less stupid arguments to make your case and we'll be fine.
Oh god have they turned you?

Suarez incident is completely different. He said it multiple times, deliberatly trying to get at Evra. If JT did say what he is meant to have said (I stress IF as it was shouted and NO ONE, not even Ferdinand, reacted) it was in the heat of the moment. We've all said things we regret in the heat of the moment. The only reason people are goingoh my god I can't believe he could have possibly said that, is purely because its JT.
This is in no way saying people should be allowed to go around insulting others because of the colour of their skin. The concept is actually ridiculous to me. I just feel the whole thing has gone over the top. I think it could be settled with a public apology. The fact it's going to court is just ridiculous, and only because its JT imo. I also raise the point that if it was the other way round, our legal system would no way be as quick to take the case to court. Where was El Hadji Diouf's court case when he racially abused on of our ball boys?
Exactly.
