MATCH THREAD: Czech Republic vs. Poland & Greece vs. Russia

THAT'S RIGHT, we've got Skoda v Solaris, it's Ouzo v Vodka, it's a Jan Koller Header v Warzycha's moustache, it's a Charisteas winner v Kanchelskis's amazing showboats, that's right it's double header time, with both games kicking off at 7.45 in the p.m. on BBC1 and BBC3 for UK viewers.

With Russia currently leading the Group on 4 points up against a fairly poor Greek team, you can only see Russia going through as eventual winners of Group A. Dzagoev is still currently top scorer with Mandzukic and Gomez in the tournament on 3 goals, not a bad shout by Milks at top scorer @ 200/1, the Milky's bar are on him if he win's that bet. If Greece can pull out a win, they can still go through of course, but that's about as likely as them winning Euro 2004....?

This leaves home Nation Poland up against Czech Republic. A draw would more than likely see the Czech's go through who sit in second place, but it's all to play for and basically whoever win's, proceeds to the Quarter Finals. The Czech's started off against Greece with a bang, scoring 2 goals in the first 6 minutes, but fell asleep most of the game after that, I can see a Poland win here with Lewandowski netting one, it's all to play for...

Fact of the group, Only Peter Schmeichel (20) has conceded more goals at European Championship finals than Petr Cech (15). Who knew.

I really couldn't care less about these teams, but in saying that, I hope Czech Republic tears Poland apart. Like 10-0 or something. Reason being, there is this kid I went to high school with, he's Polish, and used to be the most quiet and polite kid. Anyway, he's turned into a white supremacist skinhead, which is weird considering I doubt he's ever actually been to Poland. He goes around with his little gang, and publicly announcing on Facebook how he hoped all Russian supporters got killed, posting videos encouraging racially motivated attacks on dark skinned people, and supporting Nazism, especially for their stance on killing people with disabilities. It ****ing sickens me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not stupid and I know he and his morons represents a very small minority, but they're living in a country with one of the highest standards of living in the world, a multicultural country, and they haven't experienced any hardship in their lives to justify their views, nothing at all.

So for that reason only I hope Czech Republic wins 10-0 to shut his ****ing mouth about how superior Poland is to the world in Football...

I've been to both countries and had a really good time. But had a couple of nasty of nasty experiences in Poland with just being generally disliked coz of my accent so I'll go with wanting the Czechs to win.

There's a lot of it about over there. Nazi graffitti and what not. But you just gotta think that 1 person could cover a whole town in such graffitti over a period of time, and make it look like the whole population thinks like that. Don't get me wrong I dont think it's a tiny tiny minority in Eastern Europe who are that way inclined, but I've met a lot of decent people over there who are probably embarressed by the attitudes of a lot of their fellow countrymen.
