Playmaker Eden Hazard is expected to start despite nursing a bruised toe.

Russian media reports suggest that CSKA Moscow's Alan Dzagoev will replace Oleg Shatov in midfield.

Igor Denisov and Aleksandr Kerzhakov, who scored the equaliser against South Korea, are pushing for a starting role.
