Well, we're by far their biggest rivals. In their opinion that is. Every game against us is their Cup final and they seem to hate us with a passion. All the self believe, arrogance and bravoure (is that a recognised English word?)we have too much, they seem to be lacking. I normally prefer to watch the Belgian commentary as I think it's ten times better than Dutch commentary. However, as soon it is the Dutch, they turn into an enormously bunch of bitters.

Funny thing is, a lot of the Dutch really have a lot of time for the Belgian national team. Think it's a case of big brother looks out over little brother and little brother feels himself overshadowed. However, we can't help they've been garbage for many years.

I felt that passive-agressiveness all the way across the Atlantic.

Today I'll grant you but against USA he was one of the best players on the pitch.

I didn't think he was. He's there number 10 who'll probably find 1 decent pass or cross for 90 minutes. He's the one that is meant to keep the attack ticking. He never does for me and why all their strikers are isolated and hardly get a sniff for the majority of the games
