Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain has been nursing an ankle problem but is likely to play alongside Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero in a 4-3-3 system.

Fellow forward Rodrigo Palacio hurt his ankle in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago and is set to miss out.

Bosnia and Hercegovina boss Safet Susic may drop striker Vedad Ibisevic in order to bolster his midfield.

Susic hopes utility player Sejad Salihovic will be fit despite a minor injury.

SMITHY'S PREDICTION - Argentina 2 Bosnia 0

Finally, Bosnia Herzegovina at the big stage.

Although I am optimist by nature, I don't expect my other homeland (beside Croatia) to make "more" history today... Argentina will win today, they are too strong for Bosnian Herzegovinian defense although we have awesome goalie. BiH will progress to next stage, we have better team and better players than Nigeria and Iran so I am not worried.

Would love Bosnia to get a draw tonight as I will be in Bosnia next Saturday when they play their second game v Nigeria...

Great excitement currently in Sarajevo

I just want Messi to score some world-class goals that live in the memory. If Barkley doesn't, I want it to be remembered as being the Messi world cup.
