Are they from the beeb?

I think they're crap.

I remember the sky thing coming up post-game. We had more of everything, but it was close. Like 2 extra shots on target, 4% more possession and so on. But it does confirm to me, that we more than played our part, and deserved the point.

Was at 'tgame ( read my horrific tale only in tomorrows News of the World and thread) so I missed any sycophantic over fawning from the Coventry Werewolf, Richard Keys. Did any of our players register with him at all during the game or did he just sap it on thick and creamy over Scholes again for 90 minutes and give him Man Of the Match while the Toffee Girl was still on her lap before kick off ?

I watched the match and thought we out-faught them during large parts of the match. Certainly when I saw the satats it confirmed what I thought. How surprised then was I when I watched MOTD. It had been edited to show Utd dominating us. I know, hardly a big surprise but I cannot understand how this form of editing imroved the quality of the highlights. For Neutral fans, surely it would have been better to show our chances as well!

One thing that I thought was interesting was that for United's first two goals they had five or six players in our area. As a general rule we normally only commit the lone striker and Cahill that far forward. It was pleasing that for Cahill's second goal on Saturday we had four players in the area and for Arteta's goal we had six bodies in there ourselves. Yak was actually just outside the box.

It says a lot that Baines delivered first time balls from inside the final third for our last two goals rather than hanging back or running towards goal himself.

Hopefully we'll show the same ambition against Newcastle in our next game.
