After a terrible performance against Fiorentina in the UEFA Cup on Thursday, Everton will need to get back on track against Sunderland tomorrow.

After a dreadful performance in Florence, Everton will want 3 points against Roy Keane’s Sunderland.

David Moyes has a couple of injury worries going into this game, Leon Osman and Mikel Arteta are rated as doubtful for the game at the Stadium of Light.

Osman was subbed for Arteta due to injury and Moyes said about the current injury situation in the squad, “We’ve only just arrived back from Italy so I can’t give all the details on that just now.”

“One or two have got knocks and bruises from the game, but it will be Saturday before we can really see where everybody is and how they are.”

James Vaughan will miss the game and it is also looking likely he will miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury sustained in training, everyone at Grand Old Team.com would like to send their best wishes to James and hope he make’s a full recovery.

Everton are without Lee Carsley who will serve a one match ban for picking up 5 yellow cards’s this season.

Manuel Fernandes look’s set to return to the squad, although it is pretty certain he won’t be starting the game, and it look’s pretty certain that he will not be at Everton once his current loan deal ends if he carries on with his current performances and poor attitude.

Everton are very likely to revert back to a 4-4-2 formation with Andrew Johnson partnering the Yak upfront.

Likely team: Howard, Hibbert, Yobo, Jagielka, Lescott, Neville, Arteta, Pienaar, Cahill, Yakubu, Johnson.

Everton squad for the Sunderland game: Howard, Wessels, Hibbert, Neville, Yobo, Jagielka, Gardner, Lescott, Valente, Baines, Osman, Arteta, Pienaar, Cahill, Fernandes, Gravesen, Yakubu, Johnson, Anichebe.
