Everton’s youngsters travel tomorrow to Oakwood to face Darren Wassall’s side and am sure we will get a nice welcome from ex Everton centre half Craig Sort who is the head of recruitment there.

The blues go into tomorrows 2nd “Inter House Fixtureâ€￾ on the back of a 5-1 victory over Derby’s fierce rivals Nottingham Forest last weekend but the Rams i feel will be a different proposition.

Last weekend they earned a very creditable draw at Blackburn Rovers who are no pushovers drawing 2-2. They have only lost 2 games out of the last ten and currently lie 4th in their league 4 points behind leaders Newcastle United but played three games more.

Like Everton’s youth team they fell at the 4th hurdle of the FA youth cup losing away to Manchester United 2-1.
Hallam Hope who played for England in midweek will be absent as he has teamed up with the reserves, John Lundstram is also an absentee after being red carded at Liverpool two weeks ago so will be serving a suspension.

Femi Orenuga is likely to start for the second week and fit again Anton Forrester who has recently been suffering from a foot injury may partner Adam Thomas up front

I will be heading down there early and will be racing back to make the first team game at Goodison at tea time. Lets hope there will be 6 points in the bag for both teams.

I will provide updates and team news as soon as i have them and a report will be available tomorrow evening.
