Crystal Palace v Everton – KO: 3PM
Everton travel to London to face Championship outfit Crystal Palace in Everton’s last pre season friendly at Selhurst Park.
Most eyes will be on Andy Johnson’s return to his old club after enjoying much success there.
The last time the 2 clubs met was when a young James Vaughan became the Premiership’s youngest striker with a goal in a 4-0 win.
Although Stephen Pienaar is out of today’s game due to visa problems, it will be a chance for all players to get some match action with the first game of the season against Wigan in the Premiership only 7 days away.
This is Everton’s last friendly game before the Wigan game and after a decent pre season so far, the Blues will want to go into the new Premiership season on the back of a win.
