Match day scran

bringing my dad to match tomorrow he’s disabled and terminal cancer so can’t walk too far, we never thought he’d live to go to the new ground so tomorrow is a big day. Getting parking has been a challenge and we will be down early to see his stone and so he can shuffle the long walk to ground.

Being so early and not used to area I was hoping somene could recommend somewhere to get something to eat? Needs to be seated

Thanks everyone. Hope we get a win tomorrow for him.

Hope he has an amazing day mate, it was my dream to take my old man to the new place but he unfortunately passed during the build.

Can't help with the recommendations as yet to go myself as abroad with work most of the year, I'm sure the fine folk on this forum will assist.
I’m sorry for your loss Tommy I know in a way we’re lucky.

Take the zero star Chinese place on the dock road!

There's 'Moose Coffee' on Princess dock.
Not sure where you are parking, but you would have to walk from your car, to princess dock, to the ground.
From Moose Coffee on Princess dock would take me 20 minutes to the ground, I'm quite fit and just a steady walk.
Not sure if there is any parking around there but Moose is nice. Reasonable prices.

Stanley's cafe on great howard street..good old fashioned grub ..has started opening on match days..not sure about Sundays...not very big inside so you may have to queue cause it gets busy...well worth a try..

Stay away buddy

I've irregularly eaten at Sans for years, and this surprised me, as the food has always been fairly decent. The report is pretty scathing, however.

A good recommendation this one, although I would pre-book. In terms of parking, if it's in the morning, Princes Dock car park will be fine on a Saturday.
