I'll never understand why people go on about how nice any football player/manager is off the pitch. Unless you know the guy on a personal basis odds are you have no idea what he's really like. Martinez is a very eloquent bloke and to some seemed very likeable, to me he came over as a cheep smiling snake oil salesman but here's the thing, I don't know him so I can't say if he actually is or isn't. I therefore can only judge him based on his managerial ability, which is laughable. Picking between these two clowns is like picking between two clumps of s##t. Their both s##t full stop!

The RS pulled the trigger on Rodgers pretty sharpish once it was clear the team was on the slide - he didn't get the opportunity to really plumb historic depths of football management. We were more accommodating to Martinez in that respect, and patiently gave him the chance to show all of his qualities.
Had Rodgers hung around like Martinez then it might be 50:50, but as he didn't then Martinez is unchallenged in his badness.
