Why should our CL sides be helped? They're already all massively advantaged by having billionaire backers etc so why should we be supporting them getting even stronger by helping them win more European cups? I'm an Everton supporter, not a supporter of PL football, and certainly not in its present loaded, corrupt form. How would Chelsea, for instance, winning the EC help Everton Football Club?

If teams cant play 2 games in a week they have no right to even be in Europe.

Utter joke crying about it, the players travel first class and stay in 5 star hotels, its not like they are backpacking and hitch hiking to and from games, just an excuse for losers.

He's right. Especially amongst teams in the EL who, like Everton, aren't as likely to have the large quality squads to handle the load of 2 games in 4 days.

The whole things mad. EL teams playing away in Europe should be given any following domestic away fixtures a Monday night slot.
