"Martinez has the philosophy for the United job

It’s been a horrible few months for David Moyes. Not only are his United side languishing in mid-table but his former charges, Everton, are playing like Barcelona. It’s ridiculous and it almost certainly won’t happen, but the Toffees are still in with a shout of not just making the top four, but actually winning the Premier League.

Martinez was never going to land the United job scrapping over 17th with Wigan season after season, but he is highlighting what an astute tactician he is with each passing week. United like attacking teams – Martinez fits the bill. United like youth to be given a chance – Martinez fits the bill. Give it a couple of years and there is no reason why the Spaniard cannot be in the Old Trafford dugout."

JUST STOP IT

wouldn't worry too much, Bobby's a blue, Everton has touched him. He's going nowhere.

I'm not worried, it's just media bullsh** again.

Everytime we have a boss player or manager, he's linked with some kind of move, or a suggested move as is shown above.

Desperate stuff.

At least Moyes was here two or three years before the press annointed him Ferguson's successor

We've had a tantalising glimpse of what Martinez philosophy can achieve, but things could yet go balls up (lets hope not).

It is a concern of mine that in 2/3 years we can't match his footballing ambitions (negative spends in transfer windows make qualification for CL almost impossible).

I hope we can build something special and be a team that challenges for success, football is boring when all good managers/players use one team as a stepping stone constantly. It would be nice to have different teams challenging.
