The OP's been a bit sneaky here because he's thread banned on the Martinez thread.

Ta, I'm sure @Chang Elephant will see the funny side of things, he's got a decent sense of humour.

I've been using that emoticon for ages, but started using it more to wind Matt up when he was here in his last incarnation.

Happy to let this thread run a bit, but it's bound to turn into a much more generic pro/anti Martinez discussion at some time ...

Totally agree with the thrust of your post. Our players need to grow a pair and stop crumbling to pieces the moment the heat is on.

It is probably the way. Cannot talk of consistency without looking at the wide spectrum of play. The thread was based on an article in the press which you poohed on right away as nonsense because it does not suit your view of RM. But surely there are matters that need to be raised and not brushed under the rug.
