Think he put his name as occupier on a rented flat, for a friend who was dealing from that address. Believe the friend got next to no time.

It did sound good. Think it was only available direct from the publisher and I couldn't afford it at the time. Talks about when he accidently shot Barry Horne on a team night out in it.
After the end of his football career he became involved in the supply of cocaine in Liverpool. He was arrested after 4 kg (9 lb) of cocaine were found during a raid at a house in Prescot, Merseyside, in May 2005. In October 2005 he was jailed for eight years.[1] He was released from Kirkham Prison in May 2009 having served four years, in Kirkham and in Walton Prison.[2]

He was working at my company GB Building Solutions, until early - mid last year. Despite the misgivings of him, in relation to the jail sentence he came across as a genuine bloke, can tell many funny stories, particularly about himself with Howard Kendall, Mo Johnstone and many other players from that time. He was a niec bloke, didn't do a lot when he was there, but he always had a story to tell. He was made redundant unfortunately, i liked him!
