They scared shoiteless of the questions the shareholders (well the ones who care and the ones who are worried about the club under this board) are going to ask.

I think the shareholders have to submit their questions before hand. I don't think you can ask a question from the floor at a EGM / AGM. Therefore the board will already know the questions that are coming their way by now.

Not having that. They have to hold a GM in a place big enough to fit the expected audience into and a shareholder wouldnt go if you couldnt ask questions.

Even so, if they did get a list of questions beforehand they still couldnt answer them.
