I watched grassroots football for a few seasons been to Marines 3 sided ground ......followed one team to the 2nd round of the FA Cup ......
I am afraiad many lower league clubs plus grassroots football will not beat this pandemic .....

Always have a soft spot for Marine. As a kid my dad was involved with Lucas Sports who played in the old Liverpool Combination league, I used to go to all the games as a small child. Teams like Marine reserves, South Liverpool, Maghull, and others were in the league, some nice little grounds too, all now gone...apart from Marines. The staff at the ground used to make a real fuss of us kids too when we went there......always looked forward to it.
