Yup, also it's somewhat forgotten now but United basically threw it away last season and they still needed a last minute winner against a ten man QPR to win it and he failed at every turn in Europe.

Hopeless manager imo.

If they'd have been half decent to watch I reckon he'd have got another season, but they're as dull as dishwater.

His style of management is odd & I think he's always been overated. I'd have fancied myself to win the league with half a Billion quid & an unlimited wage bill with which to deliver it.
 

Always come across as the type who'd cause trouble in an empty house. Like Big Fat Rafael the Big Fat Gaffer.
 
Correct move. There's far better manager's than him out there given their resources.

His European record is atrocious and his inability to create a truly world class team with a bottomless pit of money is poor indeed.
 
I don't rate Mancini at all. His Inter team won a few Scudettos when all of their rivals were caught up in the aftermath of the match-fixing scandal, but they were still hopeless in Europe (I'd be interested to see his CL win %).

City had their moments under him but were never truly the dominant force in England despite the grotesque spending, and they were humiliated in Europe two years on the spin. He's pretty much exactly what I expect Moyes with money to be like.
 

They're a f*cking dire team to watch considering they cost so much, no width, no pace and very little creativity coming from the likes of Nasri and especially Silva this season.

He's a wetbag, too...that Liverpool-esque window where they spent £50m on Maicon, Sinclair, Garcia, Rodwell and f*cking Richard Wright was absolutely shocking.
