Just read a piece on Pellegrini about how he delayed his move into coaching after he retired as a player so he could use his engineering skills (he's a civil engineer) to aid the Chilean relief effort after a series of earthquakes.

Not as gargantuan an act of humanitarianism as Brendan donning an armband in support of H'boro victims two years after wearing a Sun t-shirt like.
