You lot are shocking not really seen a single person debate the issues I raise just insults and claims or not caring. So why is your commenting ? Why have you threads on city FFP the sale to the chinese if you do not care ? You seem really bitter that Kenywright did not sell to the people that own City

Mate I gave you the clearest description of CFG's business model you could care to read.

I also asked you to respect your hosts.

Probably best to leave it there. Thanks for visiting the site.

Took 13 pages tbf.

Mate, we are laughing at you. Not your club, as has been said, fair play, enjoy the jackpot, but dont expect a debate when all you do is tell us how utterly wonderful you now are.

Is it good for you? Of course it is. Is it good for football in general? Not in my book.

But then I am bitter. *sigh*

I am not rubbing it thats certainly not my intention I am not pretending its a new business model i genuinely believe we are doing things different but yes its easier when you have the money to do it this way
Ok, to take your points one by one.

1/ At what level of wealth does a club become a mega rich throw money at it club ?

The point at which you can purchase any player or anything you wanted, I'd say. That's subjective. Not that you need a new free stadium.

You aren't honesty going to claim Man City aren't mega rich are you?

City have a budget by the way.

lol Yeah, just way more than most. That's like saying "Richard Branson has a grocery budget". I'm sure he does but it's way way bigger than mine.

Clubs culture is not about how much money they have or how many players they buy within reason its nice for players to stay reasonably constant its about the fans the community the history.

I think so, I'm not really sure about what you're saying there, I'll be honest. Do you mean a clubs' history?

So you lost your culture back then ? Have you refound it when money is even more ?

No we didn't lose our culture at all. We may have bought the best players, but we were never unrivalled for their attentions. For example, Leeds nearly got Alan Ball, Liverpool nearly got Howard Kendall, and we were beaten to some transfers. Are Man City likely to be beaten to a transfer on monetary grounds? I think not.

We may have had a lot of money, and indeed spent a bit, but we weren't in the position that Man City are now, which is almost unrivalled.

Meh, banned now anyway.

Toddle off back to bluemoon or wherever you've come from to try and make Everton fans give a shiny one about you or your disgusting owner.

If Everton was owned by the Chinese Communist Party I would no longer be a fan.

Simple as that.

Man City is an appalling club.....not a club in fact. A vacant space into which the ambitions of autocrats and mega rich beggars on horseback are poured. A blight on football, on the League, on english society....a tool of the Chinese autocrats reach for acceptance.

Haha, I'm sure the lad means well but he's taking it far too seriously. At the end of the day any club having huge amounts of money put into it is bound to get some stick, it comes with the territory
City don't get any stick at all on here, I think many EFC supporters see them as a sort of alternative future version of Everton and are happy for their long suffering supporters having some success.

Anyone who comes on here and acts a tit will get stick though, regardless of who they support. (Including everton as well)

I have not criticized him at all. In fact I use him and blackburn as an example of all that is wrong with FFP. but someone said we are just like Blackburn rovers I was pointing out why I think we are better than them and how our owners are better than Jack Walker. I am also pointing out how he get praised whilst our owners get near racism lies talk about human rights oil and always referred as arabs plural race rather than Sheik Mansour singular name. Imagine if Lerner glazers or Abramovich where called Jews. I appreciate people will argue about the technical difference between arabs and jews as to weather arab and jews are races etc and what we call this type of racism
You'd hope they are better, he's been dead for 15 years.
