I know you are winning like so he isn't failing but can you see him being the right man for the job long term or a short term thing that is partly down to vardy?

It's hard to tell really mate. He's known as the tinkerer but the best thing he's done is that he's changed nothing significantly. Nigel Pearson laid down some solid foundations here no matter what some people think of him and CR has identified this and looked to continue it.

I'd say he's a better tactician than Pearson and more of a media darling. Due to his age I'm not sure how long he'll be here but he seems to have the hunger to be here for a couple of years

He was widely tipped to be the first manager sacked this season so credit has to go to him. For other teams fans I xan understand why it looks like we're just being carried by Vardy and Mahrez but that isn't the case. Plenty of unsung heroes in there including Drinkwater and Albrighton. N'golo Kante is the real unsung
hero for me though. Outstanding player!

nice to hear then mate. Haven't seen much of you's this season but my opinion of ranieri is probably only slightly higher than of mancini (terrible manager) so at least it is nice to see the guy kicking on at the minute rather than doing what southampton do and standing still with him in charge. Perhaps his true level has been found? Id wager taking you up the league is much bigger than spending romans money!

Not the worst opinion i've heard to be honest. Or at least have a window. You can't go around changing players willy nilly all the way through the season, so why should it be allowed for managers? You can be allowed to change the staff etc. like you could substitute a player if necessary.

The amount of swansea fans i've seen asking for monk to be sacked and having hissy fits about everything has been appalling. You can tell they've only been following them for 5 years max if they think this season is hard to watch etc. I don't think monk is a great manager or anything like, but he's done nothing to deserve sacking. This FIFA generation of fans is laughable to say the elast.

Agreed, the PES generation were always the most intelligent.
